The reinforced concrete support pad type EZK 13.02.00 SHIK (hereinafter referred to as the Plate) is a stationary device and is used in the gas, oil, chemical and other industries.
The slab is designed for installing and securely fastening the SKIP and gas mat to the intended position, increasing the bearing surface. Using the slab under the SKIP or mat prevents it from shifting during operation, resulting in an even distribution of the load on the ground.
The slab is manufactured from heavy, high-quality concrete in accordance with GOST 26633-91 using vibration casting technology, resulting in a frost-resistant and moisture-proof slab that is highly resistant to aggressive environments and without internal voids.
A frame made of A1-6 mm rebar is used for reinforcing the products, in accordance with GOST 5781-82 St3. Manual arc welding (GOST 5264-80) is used in the frame's manufacture.
The slab is installed on level ground, without slope or tilt, and, if possible, covered with waterproofing material.
